Poor Town Council Service and yet we still pay for it

Ever wondering why, we still pay for poor service and no maintenance at all by the Town Council.

Do you think that their maintenance and work should be more transparent...

otherwise we pay so much and still get a wtf attitude from them

just to share a experience....

I feedback a case to them... the officer did not return call. never do the case

feedback to manager...refer to officer ...never do the case

then feedback to MP...refer to GM....refer to Manager then officer do...

isn't it stupid...

the govt is not expected to meet every need, but it is expected to consider those needs. It is also common courtesy to respond to genuine complains.

Maybe you still have not yet piss off by them yet.

I used to work for the council and I have witness what is going on inside.

people working half day and go home liao

they are fire fighter and will only do your case when kana complain like hell.

my officer always kana complain coz they also go missing and did not follow up the case.

and one officer kana caught sleeping at the storeroom in the 3pm afternoon and never get dismissed.

the reason I leave is that I cant stand the working attitude and now i am with other company as a project manager.

Which TC did you work for? Surely not Hougang or Potong Pasir.

And how long ago was it? If it was 10 years ago, I daresay it might have been Bukit Gombak or Nee Soon Central.
