If you think religious groups could possibly put up an effective
lobby, then you are really misguided. PAP takes the stand of
"Strong Government". It cannot project itself as "Weak" and "Soft".
Thus, despite of an active lobby from religious groups, they still
carry on asking for proposals.
As for sex trade vs gambling, it is not that difficult to make
comparison studies, though I have not found any of such studies
yet.
