Self-government simply means a nation being able to run itself,
with clear laws, constitution, policies & official recognition
as a country. Does anyone know about political history of
Singapore's parties? How did the PAP come to dominate after the
elections since independence. There were initially several parties
if I'm not wrong. What happened to them?
