permission to go out at nite if u intend to drive out during
mid-nite.
As the saying goes, explore the rd more often. U recongise the rd
in ur area first before going further. I also start off knowing an
area which cover from Bukit Batok to NYP. den slowly expand to
town, to Changi, to Boon Lay, to Telok Blangah n etc.
