alright alright. they can choose to grow up. in their way. it
doesn't make a different to us. but the fact is they do harm to
people! so why can't we just care? just like you say they are weak
youngster. but together they bully other students. should we allow
them to continue? 
they may not harm
by bashing. but there were many other forms. they recruit more
people. its just like a disease being spread around. they harm more
and more people. affecting more and more of them. i certainly
believes that they shouldn't be given the right to grow up in that
way. they are learning from their experience. not the victims
