Jews and Chinese work hard. We leave the security of familiar surroundings, go to a foreign land, being discriminated yet still make good in life.

I understand why Sharon responds the way he does, though I find it too extreme. As for Arafat, too pretentious. I won't support any sides, but I'd be interested in watching the drama unfold.

The jews won't just sit around and wait for others to kill them. They have a habit of taking the initiative. So their dependence on energy will only cause more wars?

Jews and Chinese have more differences than comonality. Jews believe in one God, Chinese believes in many; Jews were scattered all over the world with no place they call home until they claimed palestine and still there are more jews outside Isreal, but the Chinese in world are in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong predominantly; Jews are involved in the politics of the countries they live but the Chinese always stay away from home politics......

There are rich jews, rich chinese, and there are also rich arabs, rich malays...
There are poor arabs, poor malays, there are also poor chinese, poor jews.

Jews have actually more in common with the muslims than with any others. They have the same ancestry, Abraham; their religious practices are very similar; they don't eat pork; they grow up from the same land....in fact they are brothers!!! So identify your common enemy properly. Laughing

It was recorded in Genesis Chapter 16 that "Now Sarai, Abram's wife, had borne him no children. But she had an Egyptian maidservant named Hagar; so she said to Abram. The Lord has kept me from having children. Go, sleep with my maidservant; perhaps I can build a family through her." So the maid servant Hagar give birth to a son Ishmael. Ishmael was circumcised the same day as Abraham as God's covenant with Abraham....later, Sarai gave birth to Isaac, in Chapter 21.

Ishmael was also blessed by God of Abraham.

Ishmael is the ancestor of all arabs.....Islam was alter established by Muhammad who claimed to be the last prophet.

Isaac is the ancestor of all jews.

I remember it was recorded that the descendents of these two brothers will fight one another. Will write when i find out where it was recorded.

There are more than 2 million of Chinese in Singapore.

Remember althou you are Singaporean.... but after all your roots is chinese... your DNA is chinese... your blood is also chinese... even though you dont like it.
