you were not originally a member of a club, but because you did something grand, so they grant you membership.
if foreign women volunteer for ns, they will also be granted citizenship. otherwise its just biased.
but first you must do something.

just be born a girl and get these great priveleges.

Let equality take place in schools first. The Nan Chiau incident is still sore in many educators hearts. I do propose lifting the ban on coporal punishment for girls.
