redstone SG Was it doing a good job then? Lifts stopping only on 3 floors on a 12 storey block? Lift super slow some more... Lift stopping on 'half-floors'. Chipping concrete, iron water pipes?!
redstone SG In the 60s to 80s, where lifts stop only on so few floors. I think Sgp is the only place which has this kind of flats.
