Park at the carpark of a popular vegetarian coffeeshop facing
Upper Serangoon Road at Hougang Ave 2. Went there for vegetarian
breakfast at 8 plus this morning.
There was a silver cab parked next to to my car.
When my wife went back to my car aft , saw the front bumper kenna
grazed damages.
Can tell very clearly its a silver colour paint car grazed against
my car when it is either parking in or driving out of the parking
lot. The silver colour cab is no longer there. The silver paint
graze marks is so obvious! and there is two very deep long 'drains'
in the bumper.
Why so suay?? 
My car kenna
scratch by some bastard a few weeks back (posted in shan_cai's pl)
and today kenna grazed by some careless driver 
What can I do??
