Troy437 SG My inconsiderate neighbour on the 16th level is hanging out wet clothings and water is dripping down onto our clothings and those below them. Shouted at them before and they stopped for a while. Now the same problem occurrs. Where can I complain such matters to? Is there any method to tell them to stop doing so? Pls don't tell me to do things like burn their clothes or splash with curry. Thanks.

the Bear SG no actual department.. i guess you have to go talk to them.. maybe make friends with them so they be more considerate
Troy437 SG I complain to Town Council. The Senior Propety Officer spoke to the occupants and advised them to be considerate towards the lower floor neighbours.
