Troy437 SG My estate got oni one multi storey carpark (MSCP) which serves the only 5 blocks here. Recently got one bastard serial car scratcher appeared. He scratches the front bonnet of the cars near the car logo. Its always on the right side of the cente on top of the car logo. Needless to say he will target new cars. Met my neighbours at washing bay and they are talking about it. They say report Police is pointless. They are going to start ambush to get this guy. Once get him red-handed, gonna pull him to the centre of the blocks and shout that we got him. Let all the car owners come down and ....you know. Also take his photo and shame him for at every lift's notice board. Hope we get him...

We are not driving some luxurious car, but just a cheap car to ferry the old, the weak and the young. We are paying hard earned money for our rides. Why do we have to put up with ppl coming to scratch our cars?? Must shame such ppl!!
