okay, i supposed u should lodge a complaint against the police
somehow for his poor attitude, but the story ends there.
the point is, under the law, it is okay to take pics in public
places of people but they should not be used against the person, or
pics like upskirts. however, private properties have their own
rules, like in the person's house.
even if us, i think that is not illegal, nothing much to do with
republic or democracy but thats what the law says. its what the
person do with the pic and under what circumstances the pics are
taken.
if it was me, i know i can't do anything about it until i see my
pic being posted on the internet, edited with large boobs or
wadever crap. den i can seek a civil case, erm.. im no lawyer so,
that should be the case.
