They are after all the "native" of this country. Its no free
lunch either they had to work for it to be entitled to it. If they
cant make it to uni or poly they dun get anything. I think its a
good policy. It encourage them to improve their economic standing
through their own efforts. This policy is much better than that
implemented by some other countries.
