The main point is, do we really want the change in favor of
possible risks? IMO, at the end of the day, after all the rantings,
complaints, etc, when people are asked whether they want any major
changes, they will say no, they will prefer improvements (aka self
renewal governance dat the government is pushing for) instead of
replacement. Even if the government will push a new face up, the
system will remain the same due to the self-renewal policy. This
has already been an unofficial accepted fact.
