did u take down the other party's name, driving license, otr
details etc?
if nope, then gone case.
msia officers won't give a damn about such stuff at all. i also
got involved in such incidents before at the custom. it was
drizzling & this car behind us bumped into the back of my
car.
both parties got down & the other guy refused to admit that
it was his fault & refused to provide details. my friends &
i won't let him off either..in the end, the msia custom officers
came over & asked us to drive off..
& that evil, pang sai, immoral car driver drove off
immediately once he cleared sg customs..(we were all in different
lanes at the custom queues)
there's nothing to be done at all w/o his details except for his
car plate no. =(
