While driving in Malaysia at night, I found out that the low beam
is not bright enough for me to see. I see cars passing by with
their lights quite bright and they're using low beams. As for me, I
had to switch between low and high beams.
Is there any way to make the low beam brighter?
I have already changed my bulb to a white bulb at the
workshop
but there does't seem to make much of a difference. 
Pls advise. Thanks.
