Fundamentals are not addressed in the economy.
Distortions come in the form of more price increases.
Once leaders recognize the root cause (I know know how many years
that will take), then prices will gently ease to correct
level.
First fundamental to be corrected : No welfarism policy causes
every department to set up defensive cost-centre approach in
expenditure. Land costs are added too into basic services where
buildings and lands originally were paid under taxations.
This policy has caused most of the high cost problem.
Secondly our talents and scholars are costing high wages in all
mundane services. This is another fundamental or root cause. Till
it is fully addressed, costs will continue to go upwards.
