DO YOU THINK PINNACLE WILL BE LIKE PUNGGOL21 PROJECT?

2004Lancer SG

Something hits my mind the other day when I heard from news that ALL units snapped up for the phase I sales of Pinnacle at Duxton / Everton.....

Pinnacle is a huge project...bigger than Punggol21....will the contractor run away half-way????

BonJovi SG

I dun tink so lar…......for this kind of big project, the government will of cos appoint big shot companies to do the job.

HALI SG

Pinnacle is oni 7 blocks with 1800 unit. How can it be bigger than P21 Question

As for will the contractor run away half-way??? If they do not know the maths well, not oni will they run, if can fly off they will.

spyder SG

if the contractor goes burst again, we can be sure the government is the one causing the construction industry to go into such a state with lowest tenders getting the projects... but i dont think it will happen anyway, its quite a high profile project, so it should go on well... but i donno why so many people snatching it up... is it THAT good?? Wink

Most project will go well or I should say will get completed somehow, it just that how many contractors are going burst and how long will it take to completed.

Most GOV project are high profile in some way or another. Just to name some, we have the 'HDB hub' 'Durian' 'NEL' 'CCL' which are all 'high' in profile Embarassed

Anyway now you pay 1st than they build, we will see if it get any better.

Punggol21 is also high profile ok...it is Goh Chok Tong's vision town for 21st century....BUT a few more blocks are left uncompleted near to TPE and contractors who took over the projects screwed up with the thickness of the floor causing the bomb-shelter / store-room door unable to close nor open after floor tiles are laid for the living room.......

My question is WILL PINNACLE also LIKE THAT? hahahahaaa...anyway silly question la...coz nobody knows......for SURE.....

Joshua1975 SG

Happened b4 than I dun see why not this time hahaha, they never learn. Anyway, ppl pay liao, can do nothing, who you going to sue? HDB leh. Private property yes, HDB... never heard of. Just look at the cracks and leaks b4 reported b4 and till now, I think done half way.

tspg SG

HDB has been sued before. Rain seeps into owner's house which was newly built and damage the tiles. Owner sued. HDB settled the case out of court.

Joshua1975 SG

Embarassed Oh so sorry for my ignorant.

Has the problem been solve? Anyway ppl dun buy house or flat to sue the developer.

tspg SG

HDB settled out of court so considered solved.

Anyway you would not know until you move in. By then no choice only way out is to sue.
