Personally for sports car.. i dream of owning a Lister storm ( due to NFS) or a Chrysler Dodge Viper GTS-R
for Luxury car.. I just want a BMW 750 iL will do...

a car that can go off road like land rover/Humvee, able to hit 100km/h under 5 sec, top speed over 250km/h.

adjustable suspension. so if i go off road, the chassis wouldnt get stuck or damage. but if i want to speed, it has to be as close as possible to the ground to gain stability.

guess it havent come out yet.

for super car, Porche 911 GT1 is the best. it beat even the lister storm! not to mention Maclaren F1.

for japanese car, Honda Integra TypeR is nice.

Subaru Impreza WRX is good but not so nice on the exterior and consume patrol like nobody's business. if it can improve the two flaws, it wouls be the closest to my dream.

Well there, my dream car would be anything from a Ferrari, a Lamborghini to a Maclaren F1! Smile But to date the car I can afford now is a BMW.

Unless u want to give me 100 million Sing dollars to buy a Maclaren Smile The first owner of a Maclaren had it in his home and kept it in near-showroom condition and drives around occassionally to warm up the engine. Sigh... if only I've that sort of money... Sad

Just curious .. How many of the gear in those high end sports cars do you get to use in singapore? i seen taxis drag up to 120 on 4th gear... when the speed limit in singapore is like 80. And also curious about how many car can actually survive singapore's humps?

Cars? Lister storm in reality costs almost USD$900,000 to 1million. Are you nuts??? Dodge viper, in Malaysia alone would cost RM1.4 million to buy, and the road tax would cost RM30,000 due to the litre size.. I can't imagine what it'd cost in Singapore...

Practically, a nicer car to own and to dream, would be the Ferrari Modenas, or the 355 spider with F1 Racing style gear changer. S2000 as well, since it's a 220hp + 2litres (only!) + only RM280,000. These 3 cars kick a$$ and make you look damn good with a pair of Killerloops on...

I've been reading all sorts of nice things about the new Audi A4 1.8 turbo. The engine supposedly outperforms the euivalent Honda 1.8 VTEC B18C, and the reviews say it handles brilliantly. Anyone here have a chance to drive one yet? I'm still hooked on my Honda Integra manual, I paid an arm and a leg to import it because Kah Motors only brings in the Auto. It could do with a bit more low end torque. I'm trying to do some mods to get over that. But I have to admit, I love VTECs. Anyone driven the MIVECs and VTECS? HOw would you compare them?

I'd love to own a Mitsubishi EVO VI, maybe in the near future.

Yeah, sure I love'em Euro supercars, but most of money that goes into the name of the car more than anything else. But hey, if you have shitloads of money it won't really matter.

But on a more realistic note which most people can relate to, I would reckon the Subie WRXs and the Honda Type Rs are serious performers on the <$150K side.

I myself own a Integra Type R, sure it's not as fast in a straight line against most other sports cars, but it still is one of the HARDEST cornering cars around and that's where the fun is. Fuel economy is also one of the beauties of the Vtec engine. Well done Honda.
