nabwong SG I feel that the standards of LJS has gone down tremondously. It's been a year since i've visited it but i don't think i'll be eating at any of its outlets until it improves. I ordered a 2 piece chicken combo with slaw. I was quite shocked to see that the waffle fries were bigger than the chicken. There was no point in me crucifying the counter assistant, so i just took it. I wrote in to Asia Pacific Food pte ltd but have yet to receive a reply. It's been more than a week. Just wanted to share my experience with you guys. I've nothing against LJS. Food's great but my point is you should serve what you display on the boards; at least where size is concerned.
FireIce SG eh......wrong forum to post lah..... but then, im not relli a LJS regular....... i like the wraps, but they took it off the menu, and i seldom visit liao........ the grilled fish is not bad but too expensive
nabwong SG WOW! I'm so amazed at the speed of response. Where should i have posted it though? I'm new here, meya culpa. Yup, the serving was sadly pathetic at best. I finished the chicken in 2 bites.

dreamybear SG i m really sorry that they give u tis type of stuff… i used to work at ljs n i m rather attach to it even thougn i m juz a small worker there… really sorry for it but believe mi u go try e other branch such as tampines one.. it is really nice n workers there r also super friendly.. hahaa.. cos i used to work therte too…..
I-like-flings(m) SG ya ya standard confirm drop..... i always go the JP one.... then.... i always ask for extra crumbs one... but they always say ok.. but never make sure there is one.. sob sob....so bad services....... so u dun complain lah... at least they gave u so much crumbs right???

nabwong SG That’s where i went. Tampines ( Century Square ). The people were friendly, that’s why i didn’t press it. But this isn’t a service issue. It’s the QC issue back at the factory.
Estee SG the wraps used to be veryyyyyyy nice, then become not very nice and then now they removed from menu?? sucks man~~
