now, i must stress it again, locals who comes out from local
uni, are talent's which is not considered talents by the govt,
however, foreigner regardless of which uni he grad. from will be
considered by the govt as talent. so i suggest you forgo the
singapore citizenship, go apply for a US or UK or aust citizenship,
come back here and work, then only will be be considered talent by
the singapore govt, because, now, you're a foriegner
