Birdnest......yes...whether own brew or bottled type.......take already eye will swollen........

Doc says I am allergic to animal protein.....and the wierd thing is this started only a few years ago only....

Hey in my case its abalone!

Same thing I ate for a long time nothing wrong and a few years back, suddenly eye swell. So i CNY can see abalone cannot eat... Crying or Very sad .
