With reference to the recent unexpected and unanticipated
collapse of Nicoll Highway, I hope to draw the authorty's attention
to the matter of - how CERTAIN are they that a training fighter jet
will NOT crash into an HDB flat should something unforseen and
unexpected happen???
Even with all the stringent and almost perfect safety standards and
saftey agencies supervising the construction of the circle line
under Nicoll Highway, this disaster still transpires.
I sincerely hope, that it doesn't ALWAYS have to take a DISASTER to
alter the way things are done in Singapore.
It will be an unnecessary premium to pay, for the sake of progress
and or national defence.
