heartleander,
This was precisely what I was trying to emphasize in my topic about
Low Flying Fighter Jets over estates.
Just like the Nicoll Highway, Mindef stated that they have various
agencies looking into the safety aspects of flying over housing
estates, but then how come Nicoll Highway still collapses and the
authoraties concern say that it is UNEXPECTED when they were the
ones who APPROVES the level of safety for work progress under
Nicoll Highway? If humans don't make mistakes, then I'm a
monkey.
Weren't soil testings conducted before and during tunnelling?? Or
only now after such a disaster and loss of lives then start
stringent testings??
Or is it just simply; Right also they say, Wrong also they
say?
DON'T, let DISASTERS be a PREMIUM to pay, for the sake of PROGRESS
and DEFENCE.
