1. yes i love my country. and definately not the ruling party. this is where i was born, this is where my family and friends are.

2. no. my country love money more. singapore is slowly becoming more of a workplace rather than a place i call home.

2. dunno how to answer. since the country is more a collection of people, if i say my country loves me, do i mean the majority of the population loves me? or the government loves me?
anyway it doesnt matter if my country loves me. jus like in cases of BGR, love can be one-sided. and i haf found tt in loving someone we shud not always ask for the love to be reciprocated.

2. I dunno how to say this. But I dun think its the counrty loving me, more like the ruling party in the country loving me. So far, no qualms lah.

I would say its People!

One People, One nation.

If the citizens are considerate of each other(love thy neighbour),
If the citizens respect each other(courtesy)
If the citizens are modest, caring, loving(more forgiving, gives way to pedestrians)
I could go on... you get the point....

1) YES, I love Singapore where I was born. My families & freinds are here. But NO, I don't love the ruling party, they give me high blood pressure by increasing cost of living.

2) No, I don't think the people of Singapore loves me, in fact, I think loving one another in Singapore is an attitude YET to be cultivated, everyone is self-centered and looks after their own interests. This is because of the costs of living, and the many standing rules and policies in place.

But still, I would opt to migrate at the earliest and best opportunity!

1. My sentiment is shared with the rest of the guys. I love Singapore, its land and its people. But, loving Singapore does not equate to loving the ruling party. That would mean that Singapore belongs to every citizens and we have a right to voice our opinion on how Singapore is governed. The ruling party is also voted in by us, so we are partly to blame if they screwed up.

2. Hard to say whether Singapore love us or not. But, it is Singapore that give us the unique identity against the rest of world

1. I love my country, but feel nothing but absolute contempt for a Ruling Party who micromanages every aspect of the country and it's citizen's lives.

2. Absolutely not. We're just statistics, numbers to be crunched and milked for the "Economic good of Singapore" who's presence is tolerated for that reason. Woe betide anyone, who for whatever reason, is unable to contribute to Singapore to the Party's liking.
