well. tt day is surely going to come. no i wont panic. and yes
singapore will continue to function. if not then he has not been a
good leader - cos one will make sure the organisation will function
perfectly well even when he/she is gone.
i think there is a misunderstanding somewhere..
i agree tt votes should go to those who deserve them, rather than
to ensure that the status quo is maintained - being risk averse tt
is.
so if one dae, the opposition party has really arrived, then yes,
singaporeans should vote for them. they may or may not win enuff
votes to become the government, but tts besides the point.
but i dun think singaporeans shud vote for them, for the sake of
doing it. meaning to say if the opposition is lousy, we still vote
for them jus so to bring them into power.
and i dun think we shud pass the power to the opposition party jus
like tt, to see how they wil do.
so bottomline is: vote for whoever is good. if its the opposition,
please vote for them, rather than fear the unknown. and if they
garner enuff votes to be installed, den so be it.
