I really don't think we have the right to comment on who should and who shouldn't be having children. The reality is there are plenty of people on this earth who shouldn't have kids.

Where I work on weekends, single mothers with SSP-> single supporting parent pension cards come in all the time. On their card is 5 different children's name as their dependent. These people make a living out of breeding like bunnies. It makes me sicker that more than 30% of my income goes to these trailer trash who procreate for a living.

So people who don't want kids because they acknowledge that they do not have the patience or time to educate their children is criticised by you? Whereas those who do it without thought on their situation is condoned by you?

As to your second paragraph in red color, I think its a bit crude of you to call the mother of 5 a trailer trash. You never knew her story of how she managed to borne 5 children. Could it be for religious needs? Or for personal reasons such as the love of children?

Well I believe, the reasons for divorce would be simply, the 2 people were not right for each other. They entered a very serious committment without any planning or wisdom of what they were doing, and what could possibly result from such a union. I myself, if i ever had a girl, would not rush a marriage or anything like that. I believe communication from both parties is essential. Perhaps now the government will have "marriage" workshops heh, but that would not be a bad idea,,, to let people know that they have to be serious about marriage, and not to regard it as something they can back out of.

Sk if you had met these people and recognise how they behave. You would know they are trailer trash. I'm not refering to one person. There is a group of people who live on Pension Cards which my $800/mth tax deductions pays for. They do not want to get proper jobs. Procreating is how they earn my tax money from the government. I'm not disputing about how much they love their kids. I'm talking about dole bludgers.

But, you only see them coming in and asking for pension cards. Some of these people earn unrealistically low wages. Sometimes, you should wander what type of home they live in and their living conditions, do you think they want to stay in poor conditions? Is it by choice? Embarassed

Share a heart, its a benefit the government gives to the less fortunate people a small chunk of the tax payers money. I am sure, there some people who abuse this system, but there are more less fortunate people than these abusers. One thing is, they all fall under the same category. Confused

SK, these people come in with pension cards.
They are younger than me. More than capable to work in a proper place and pay tax but they choose not to.
Why should i pay for them to have 6 kids from 6 different fathers?

And do you know how many of them cheat the system? They have nice houses and GOLD credit cards! Don't you worry. I have people coming in with loads of money in their pockets asking for concession rate entries.

i think there are many reasons to the rising rate of divorce.

1. women today are no longer submissive and suffer in silience.
2. women are more independent. in some cases, they earn more than the men and will not think twice about divorcing and worrying about survival.
3. changing norms. today nobody bats an eyelid to divorce any more.
4. pple are less tolerant and less forgiving due to the pressure of survival.

Women are getting smarter and they know divorce can make big money:
- No need to work and still have income
- No need to work and own housing
- Free child, free food and education for child

I think they don't bother to try and make things work.
Cos the stigma attached to being a divorcee is no longer there, they wouldn't give two hoots about it.
