Well, who's Arrogant & who is Proud, it's a mixed bag I'd
say.
I have noted many times, shopping downtown or at housing estates,
China nationals who shoulder their way through me, or, just simply
budge right in front of me totally blocking my view of what I am
looking at in a store front. This is not Arrogance, but Unrefine,
and total lack of manners.
