Wah today was chaos on the roads or what...I rarely see two
knocked-out traffic lights in critical junctions...
First one was the one at jurong town hall road outside the old
JTc, second one at jurong east ave 1 leading to toh guan....
v dangerous...especially with the heavy rain wth
