Got a yellow colour City Cab taxi who was at the foot of my
block for this whole week. Everynite 9 plus he will come, stop in
front of the rubbich centre and leave the engine running for the
next half to one hour, while he does nothing!!
Not to mention the noisy engine running, the emission from the
exhuast is choking ppl staying at the lower floors. I didn't notice
it until the i walked past and felt the carbon choking.
Last night I saw him come again and I saw a female passenger auntie
got down, joke with him, wack him playfully with a newspaper and
the auntie left. Then the farker taxi driver idle there with the
engine running again for another 45 minutes while he reads
newspaper! Why can't he off his engine and stop choking us?
I know he will come back again. Where can I complain to, using
email? Thanks.
