Yesterday I was at a shopping centre making payment using my
UOB creditcard. The transaction cant get
through. Used my UOB nets and debit card and
same error. Totally embarrased because theres a long queue.
Everyone must be thinking theres something wrong with my account.
When I called up the bank, I was told its technical error,
UOBs system was down islandwide. Taught me a
lesson, never rely on a one whole bank for banking services.
