thia khiang was photographed in his pasir ris-punggol GRC....

I would think there's an element of sour grapes here by the
PAP...are they trying to show the ppl that they gave low thia
khiang a "warm" visit when he stopped by their territory and he
"failed" to respond in kind?

Clearly low thia khiang's visit must have sparked off more than the
average paranoia if RADM Teo must put up such an obvious display of
pretence.
