they let him withdraw more than his amount... then they charged him $20 for the OD Laughing

Have. ... I think $20 for OD & $15 or $5 for not maintaining the requested amt. So if ur bank is oredi very little & every mth, banks keep deducting, u will see negative amt in ur record.

But I believed that they will send warning letter once it's O or -1.
