Tiny particles on the paint surface

I just came from reservist at Tuas and this morning when i wash my car,i notice my car surface and windows have tiny white particles.It makes the surface very rough.No matter how much i try to rub/wash the particles,it just won't come off.Can anyone advice me what to do??? Sad Crying or Very sad

paint got white white particle? hmz.....can use fingernail and scratch off? how come tuas got this kinda thing wan? i only know that after sprayjob, better take care of the car otherwise all the dust will get stuck to the paintwork.

yah...take care of the car...but sometimes got particles that cant be scrap off is normal...me oso..

can try to wax the car..should be able to remove the white particles..but pls polish with some strength.. Laughing
