Sometime, you have to think crooked to reach an answer in business
world.
There was a saying, circulating in the market. We produced scholars
to run the system. Scholars are not natural enterprueners thus they
think straight due to the teaching system, too sterotype and
systematic that weeded out those who are not vested with scholastic
skills. Bcos of straight thinking, they follow too closely to the
procedures and systems due to teaching conditioning and thus now,
we are in this state. They are not flexible enough to think
laterally. Not my opinion but I somewhat agree with it. As the
saying goes, think like a crook and beat the crook.
i think thats just coffee shop talk... i've heard it tons of
times before as well... paradigm shifts, KBE, innovation,
entrepreneurs, etc, etc... i think it only applies to some
extent... not unconditionally as some people like to put
it...
but think about it... thats what we taxpayers pay bureaucrats for!
to follow the rules and facelessly perform the tasks... especially
with regards to gov't investments and spending taxpayers money...
we'ld rather they didn't get too adventurous i
think...
this hampers the scholar-executives at the GLCs though... its
true... they're not as nimble as they should be...
This incidence is still not serious enough as it was not
commited by a govenment body. Moreover, there is no media reporting
on this issue as well.
u don't need the media to report something for it to be
considered serious or worthy of the gov'ts attention. the use of
national colours and symbols are controlled by regulations as i
pointed out...
a breach of those regulations constitutes an insult to the
nation.
like i said, the domain name is a bad business decision and the use
of the lion head symbol to bolster the deception is
offensive.
we shouldn't just sit around and complain. if it means anything to
anyone, write in to MITA.
