release of government documents if doing so does not adversely
affect national security?
what about a law concerning the point where two or more laws clash,
such as the case of Jehovah's Witnesses and National Service. By
forcing the JW to pick up arms or jail the JW, the law abt people
being free to practise religion is infringed upon, but then if you
let them go, you infringe on the law about National Service
so this is a case of which law is more important. wondering if
there is anything specific regarding such a case. .. of course,
national security generally takes precedence over other matters
