if both sides agree to a confirm price for a certain item to be
supplied for a certain period of time, then if the supplier didn't
state in it's initial set of agreements that they could varies the
price of their supply in accordance to ,perhaps, inflation, then if
they tried to change the price any how,without honouring what it
had promised, can he be trusted to honour
his words the second time?

and the land of Singapore and her sovereignty was not granted by
anyone, we definately dun owe anyone for
who we are right now!
