Ministry prob will see the end of their careers as a sort of
fitting punishment and as suh, a rather public warning to the rest
of its personnel, although I agree with atobe that these personnel
should be retained, and be allowed to continue in the service. in a
case like this, the ministry, through not ending their careers,
will have within the navy a grp of people who will be grateful and
will be more careful in their daily work than the next person. . .
of course, they will need some counselling and psychological tests
before they can be on duty again. . .
