Isn't it unresonable and preposterous to judge approval of a
person's deferment based on his or hers birthday since I believe
all post-secondary schools/courses start their semester at least
after March?
What choices does the poor O level student have if his or hers
birthdate happens to be on January or February?
I will sincerely appreciate any advises, help or solutions of any
kind.
