nobody doubts the malevolent intentions of the terrorists, but
being alarmist does not help.
Maniacs will regard these mfs as heroes no matter wat kind of
punishment u gave 'em. Therefore killing a few of 'em wouldn't
hurt, it could deter those would be followers trying to be

i keep telling you: u make them heroes, u get more trouble. it
will not deter them, it will inspire them.
serving them with detention orders will not solve all our problems,
but it gives Sg the space it needs to maneuvre. more importantly, u
need to squeeze these people for information to prevent potential
future attacks. u kill them, u get nothing.
All Singaporeans will be deeply affected by the consequences if
these terrorist succeed. It's a war against terro, human rights do
not have a place in it.

fight them. u do not become your enemy to win. if u intended for
that to happen, u might as well let them win. u end up in more or
less the same place anyway!
they are playing on the worst side of human nature in perpetuating
their terror war. u sink to their level, they win.
we have to present and prove that the society we want to live in is
superior to the one these maniacs are trying to create. only then
will they not have the support they need to succeed.
u start a witch-hunt and start hunting terrorists in every
malay-muslim household and shooting every suspicious character u
arrest and u lose the war before u even try to fight it.
