well, technically under the Geneva Convention, any personnel NOT
clearly wearing uniforms or recognisable insignias of armed forces
during combat but are armed and attack regular forces do so at
their own peril... they are not protected by laws pertaining to
threatment of POWs...
The Al Qaeda found out recently... but i still find it distasteful
to implicate civillians in any way in wartime.
