manhunt SG

well I believe everyone have come across ISD without themselves noticing it.. That's why it's been named as the "Internal Security Department" ahhahahahah...

I personnally know some of my friends who works in this field.. It's highly classified though they are my friends we seldom talk abt works.......

CAINEEEEEEEE SG

I believe the Internal Security Department have their own good reasons on why they never discuss their work with anyone, or release any sensitive informations or details to anyone except for those who needed to know them.

But on the another hand, people are curious about ISD too: what are they actually doing? their job, structure and organisation? They have been too secretive for all the years since it was first established.

I am not surprised if there are ISD Officers are accessing sgForums.
Who knows at the next moment, they might be investigating who I am and why I wrote this, without me knowing???

But I strongly believe that ISD Officers are doing their very best everyday, every hour and mintue to protect Singapore.
My Salute to all the men and women who have served in ISD and the Special Branch.

Eyezer SG

What do u want them to tell you? They are the only breed of soldiers that wear CVs to work, with even official duties at places where we have fun...all paid for..i think.

But the actual work done? Only they themselves know.. Smile

CAINEEEEEEEE SG

I beliebe ISD Officers are not soldiers, right???? Police Officers is what I think they are.
Its under MHA and not MINDEF.

Eyezer SG

Oops, sorry…mixed up the ISD with the MSD. Yeah, you are right, it’s with the MHA and not MINDEF.

CAINEEEEEEEE SG

No offences but just how much do you know about MSD?
you have commented earlier that they are the only soldiers who wear CVs to work, even on officials duites, with expenses being paid for.

I have done some research on MSD but in vain.
everyone knows what MSD stands for but:-

1. What is their motto and mission?

2. how is their structure and organisation?

3. their orbat: what are the various depts in MSD?

4. what do the various depts do?

5. do they deals with military security only? or many other matters?

Perhaps you would reply by saying that it's all about Military Security, they are not allowed to let anyone know anything except those concerned.

I can understand that. Never fool around with the survival of Singapore, like some people who fool around in niteclubs with the PRs.

Please kindly place your comments.

p/s: wondering if there is any MSD personnel in the forums, reading what i have commented earlier???
I think there is.

recoil SG

i think i read somewhere that the ISD once stormed the business times office coz they published some 'sensitive economic figures' in the newspaper once.

and regarding ISD or MSD people among us? probably. esp with sg people posting all their views up here. plus the military stuff we discuss.
well. i could be one and you wouldnt even know. Wink

Internet is full of bullshit. Often the best way is to protect your secret with tonnes of bullshit, so that people can’t seperate bullshit from cowdung. After that, who knows what is for real?

U still out there Manhunt?

U said that some of your friends are working in this field of work...

U still have contact with them up to now?
Actually, what are the so-call requirements ISD looked out for when recruiting new officers to join them?

ISD have released some info about thier field of work in the New Paper on saturday, stating some info about the work they do and so...

Due to security reasons, current or ongoing cases or info are never made known to the public, only to those peole who needs to know them eg. Minister of Homes Affairs or our PM...
