Kong Ling Qi the most talented among them all? SHE's harmonious voices enhanced by computer? Peggy Hsu has only "Qi Qiu" to boast off?

What they are saying is that Xiao Cong is the mentor of Kong Ling Qi, and as Xiao Cong is on the panel of judges, that plays a part in Kong getting the award. Xiao Cong even went on air to criticise the other newcomer nominees, which I think is rather unprofessional for an “old bird” like himself.
