just wondering is there a spare tyre in mitsubishi i? cos i dun think there is leh ...how is mitsubishi i car performance? can it fit a baby chair in it?

Should have mah.I think can fit baby chair too.Mitsu I acceleration is fantastic.Good for S'pore road but again some SG drivers have the mentality of 'bullying' small cc cars.Futhermore most turbocharged 660cc are from parallel import so no point spending as much as 1300/1500cc car prices.In Malaysia i see a lot of Perodua Kancil(660cc/850cc) convert to Daihatsu Mira L200/500/700 turbocharge engine.

mitsubishi i being turbocharged requires more regular maintenance but of cos it is more powerful (drives like a 1000cc car) but rear passengers will find it noisy especially when driving off from stationary as the engine is located at the rear of the car. Also, I'm not sure if workshops other than C&C carry the spare parts?

i will recommend the honda fit/jazz 1.3 if you can afford it cos i'm driving one. The FC is excellent. My previous ride is honda jazz GD1 and recently I upgraded to honda fit GE6 which is the same engine capacity but more bhp and even better FC.

Suzuki swift ain't bad too but I feel space wise, honda fit is much more spacious for us guys.

basically, its the same model built, just that jazz is made in thailand, fit is made in japan.

but despite its being the same model and design, what are the slight differences?
e.g. price wise, accessories, insurance...etc.

I look at the pictures of the 1.3 Fit and the 1.3 Jazz at sgcarmart...the similarity lies only on the exterior design. Once you look inside, the difference begins to unfold. Paddle shifters for auto transmission and controls on steering wheel appear only in Jazz but not the Fit. The instument cluster for the Fit is different from the Jazz too. The size and type of rims used for the models are different too.
