Be original, be yourself. Don't follow the herd. Singaporeans
have been reprimanded for "herd mentality".
Doesn't mean majority is correct. 100 years ago, majority of ppl
thought earth is flat.
I may be autistic, but I'm surely introvert. No, I don't feel an
urge to fit into society. To conform to the common crowd. I'm
myself, the original me. I'm smart myself, I don't need a
smartphone.
Yeah, you don't feel an urge to fit into society. I'm not
talking about facts okay.

Then STOP complaining about people judging you!
You can be "yourself", but sure, BUT BE WILLING TO PAY THE PRICE for your
decision.
Let me share something with you. I once told my friends that I
wanted to get plastic sugery one day so that I can look more
attractive and feel more confident. However, she seems to get upset
with my decision - on how it will decrease my confidence, how scary
plastic sugery is, and how I should..."be myself".
I find that to be a BS statement. Why? Because life is short,
society is shallow and people form first impression.
Statistics has also shown that good-looking people get to get
everything better than ugly people - it's a duh. I
don't want to pay the price of being rejected by boys for being
"ugly", so I make sure that I am a good-looking person and become a
worthy mate to my future boyfriend.
Now, I know that people are going to say, "Oh, if he loves you
he will love for who you are." Unfortuantely, the world doesn't
revolve around me, I am not a peacock where the male have to
attract me, not the other way round. I've already decided, I
want a slim, healthy, clearskin and cute guy as a boyfriend.
Too bad, girls are materialistic, guys are shallow. I'll stop
complaining and make sure that I am a worthy partner. Those people
who claims that SG girls are materialistic, STFU, because you're
expecting too much. I know of guys who despite being cute and their
face full of pimples, chasing the girls who are slim and
pretty.
Idiots.
And when they get rejected they claim that girls are
materialistic, but they never once looked at
themselves...they think they're entitled to a hot girl who
will...."suffer" with them....
My TS, word of advice from a sixteen-year girl. You are
not entitled to people's respect or acceptance. If you want people
to accept you, you better do something about it, instead of
complaining on SGF about "Why
r most ppl unable to see things for what they truly r?".
You are not special. You are oridinary, just like me.
You are not entitled to anything.
