I have been working for some years since graduating. I don't
earn a big salary but recently I have been given a better
opportunity to be in the field with better remuneration and this
position needs me to drive a decent car to meet clients for
work.
Buying a car is so expensive nowadays and on top of it all, my
gf and her family for many years are pressuring me to settle down.
If I buy the car even a second hand decent 1.6 Sedan car i will
have to delay the settling down for 1-2 yrs and upsetting my gf (we
debate over it for sometimes).
It is really frustrating...cost of car for work and settling
down is so expensive.
Anyond got better ideas?
I understand your frustration.
The gal wants to get fat,oops, I mean get married and make you
liable for her financial and emotional needs. Don't be pressured by
any gal or anyone for that matter to do things you are not. Even if
you do sacrifice what you want to do and 'give in' she will
continue to blame you after saying 'you really didn't want to,so
you lied to her and this makes her life difficult knowing she
cannot trust you anymore'. Thats b1tch logic,blaming the guy
anyways while they stand to loose nothing and gain part of your
finance if they stay with you or take part of it if they
divorce.

passion, a better gal will find way to your life.
