you've been out from the system for so long... while im still in
it... dont talk like a know it all leh. Fact is they dont have to
restart like the sec 1. Like you said "NPCC had one of the highest
drop out rates back then" back then, is not now....
Alot of members have switched CCA but few would have switched
from 1 UG to another. But for those who switched, they din get
"restarted"
When I say restarted.. it means the training program has to
start from beginning. I wasn't refering to CCA points.
1 year of training in NPCC is not the same as 1 year of training
in NCC..because they focus on different routines.
My fwen wanted to switch from NPCC to St John ( a lot of chio
girls there) but was rejected for the above reason.
But like I mentioned.. no harm trying .. but expect the
unexpected lah.
