So, I'm still waiting for my pay which is to be banked in soon,

I have like $15 in my POSB savings account(yes pathetic), and I try top-up EZ link card $10 cannot.

Go NTUC buy things below $15 also cannot. I thought $ 15 still can buy things one?

I also remember I bought an app from Appstore which cost $16, that was a few weeks back lah. Unfortunately, they cant deduct from my account cos of insufficient funds until now. So now I cannot go appstore because they say there's a problem with my billing and stuff.

So, is it because of the appstore thingy that my account is frozen? Can they freely freeze anyone's accnt???

Then when my salary comes in, do u think should be fine oready?

Debit card and savings account associated with it does not have over draft facilities. Probably the system is undergoing upgrading when you tried to make these transaction. The maintenance schedule is in their website. Did you try your purchase during mid-night/wee morning? Usually last day/ first day of the month wee morning, the bank will undergo maintenance or system upgrade. Do check your bank website.

Eh, now can already. When my salary came in, i went to update my bank book. I realised they minus off that portion that i owe. After than i can withdraw alrdy
