smear the baby shoes in red color and when they touch it, it will give off a wailing noise

My neighbor living above is causing alot of noise. So i go up today and discovered they are playing with balls! Throwing balls to one another ( bouncing ball somemore!). So i asked them to stop playing with the balls caused its creating disturbance to my family.

And 10mins later, my neighbor came down to complaint that her hubby complaint becaused she stopped her children playing with the balls. So i tell her she can tell her children to go play the balls at the corridor but she says the corridor walls are too low, later their balls bounced over. Now she says i am rude because i goes up to ask her to stopped her children playing with the balls. So is this my fault that they created alot of noise and i stopped them from doing it?

Somemore they are foreigner that just come living here with 1 year lols

Talk nicely to the husband this time. If he doesn't respond well, you can ascertain that he's a prick. Tit for tat then.

So simple lah,when they are in the act of indulging in … inconsiderately – call town council and ask them to deal with these neighbours and ask for assurance that it is handled diplomatically without pointing fingers.
I had a friend who was faced with the same … and the twon council handled it

Your friend is lucky. In my encounters, Town Council pushed it to police, police pushed it to HDB and Town Council.

LOL, very funny, reminds me of a friend of mine who have an indon maid. When the upstair neighbour make noise until 1 or 2 am, my friend would ask his indon maid to take bamboo pole to knock the ceiling periodically every 30 min from 7am to 10am and then knock again from 3pm to 5pm to prevent the kids upstairs from getting afternoon sleep.

My friend basically wants to make his upstair neighbour kids sleep pattern same with his.

I once had noisy and inconsiderate neighbours too...yes the kids played basketball at home ! I talked to the owners nicely but they dun comply....then I called the police for help, it didn't work too....in the end I had to move out....

I feel sorry for the one who bought your flat.

As I said before, it is better to let other have a taste of their own medicine, if he play music loud, buy a powerful amplifer with full concert speaker, blast them off, if next door play basketball, you volleyball or soccer to make more noise, if next door talk loud and alway quarrel, you can also talk louder, open house party all nite,...these are the ways to stop people, police and complain is not going to much.

make police report, police say can not do anything, talk to HDB, HDB say can not do an anything, talk to MP, he say 4give them, they are FT. so Singaporean only can just sit down and listen to the noise many by the FT.
