If they think of suicide, it is at least ok, some in the west
thinks of killing, and went on to do a shooting spree, would that
be more worst, pardon me, I do not mind seeing more bodies at Bedok
reservoir than having a class of school kids getting shoot dead for
nothing.
The society cultures and values play an important role in
human psychology. The koreans and japanese had a high rate of
suicides is because they hold their integrity, pride and ego above
all thing including their life. This had been cultured into them
since young, both from grandparent to parent etc etc, the education
system, the country and family expectation also play an
important role adding pressure to the gate way of suicide, in fact,
to them, it could be a pride and heroic to kill oneself, to redeem
oneself pride or failure in life in return for the kindness and
love shown by fans or family or country. Therefore, these countries
need to relook at their culture, because their culture breed
perfection and once that is not attained, suicide could had save
them from imperfection.
For one thing, culture is a diffcult thing to change,
organisation can change by re enginnering or having new managment,
but for a country, it is difficult, it can modernise, but culture
ingredient remain. The only way is to ask my uncle hitman to bring
these Japs and koreans to zimbalwe or uganda or central africa to
see how the famine people so wanted to survive, even eat grass and
root also can, then maybe these japs and koreans can better
appreciate life
